My name is Meghan, and I am a registered dietitian and health coach based in New York City. Originally from Connecticut, I have always been inspired by food that is satisfying and nourishes the body.
I am passionate about improving health and wellbeing through sustainable dietary habits and healthy relationships with food. It is my mission to simplify the message about nutrition and focus on a food first approach to health and wellness.
I have a Master of Science in Nutrition & Dietetics from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from The College of the Holy Cross.
